Area: 600 m2The traditional and historic neighborhood of La Soledad, in Bogotá, has slowly changed its residential urban dynamic for offices and commerce in several mixed-use projects. Therefore, a 3-story house is designed so that through half stories, it provides the required flexibility that its owner demanded to accommodate his offices in the future, without damaging its architectural or structural quality. Additionally, compliance with the provisions of urban regulations is given, as it has an adjoining property of cultural interest.
