Close to the southern perimeter of Bogotá, and adjacent to the Tunjuelo River, the design and technical-financial feasibility of a significant social welfare housing project is developed on a 1-hectare plot located in the district of Usme, based on current land use plan and the development strategies of the local administration that sought to promote this type of projects. The residential complex proposes 590 apartments of 48 m2 distributed in 4 towers of 16 floors with 35% of its area dedicate to city parks and roads.
