Area: 14,600 m2Decree 562 of 2014 (repealed in 2016), included several new areas of the city to the urban renovation treatment under the premise of densifying strategic areas and limiting the expansion of the periphery. Therefore, a 19-story residential tower is proposed in Santa Barbara neighborhood, adjacent to the Calistenia local park.The project includes 90 apartments of 75m2 in net area, the basement and the first 3 stories are used for parking and common areas to reduce the construction cost of the structure.
