Area: 400 m2The planning and preliminary designs of the remodeling of a summer house in a private condominium with a warm climate are executed, for a client who requires luxury, comfort and exclusivity in his rest house to be able to enjoy with your family and friends. For this purpose, a modern, simple and environmentally sustainable house was projected using bioclimatic criteria, which preserves the original structure, electrical and hydraulic network, and that follows the strict volumetric requirements of the residential complex.
