Due to the humanitarian crisis in Venezuela, the flow of people in the offices of the Foundation Refugee Attention increased to the point of exceeding its capacity. Therefore, through a strengthening of displaced population project from then non-profit Corporation Opción Legal in alliance with the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, their office was remodeled and furnished in the Salitre Bus Station with a mezzanine for the administrative area and a first level dedicated to the attention of the vulnerable population.
