Area: 17,800 m2Complex of 150 offices, 117 health consultories and 17 commercial stores in Cajica, Nou is a 7-story building divided into two blocks that brings together different professionals, thus by proposing a new style of decentralized city, consolidating the northern expansion of Bogotá. The 600m2 of common areas include a Business Center, a gym, a sauna, and terrace-bar. Likewise, after an archaeological analysis, an old house of cultural heritage located in the access is restored in order to incorporate it into the project, giving it a particular dentity through its history.
