In one of the most exclusive residential sectors of Colombia, Santa Ana is a 2-story, 400m2 house of a famous local designer. The scope of the project was the technical specifications, and the construction of the piles foundation at a depth of 40 meters and the concrete structure of the two stories plus a basement, through a rigorous process of technical quality natural of a luxury property/ The architectural design, rendering and the finishes installation were carried out by an external company.
