Designed and built by the construction company Apiros, Reserva de San David is a project located in the south of Bogota consisting of two low-income housing projects joined by an urban intervention. The former one, with 32 apartments in 18 towers of 6 stories, is located in the lower zone, while the second one consists of 192 units distributed in 8 towers of 6 stories. Due to its magnitude, the earthwork required for the urban planning was quantified using a BIM model, and a construction methodology was proposed.
