Area: 18,600 m2OIKOS Infinitum is an urban renovation project that reactivates a historically deteriorated sector of Bogotá. The project consists of two towers: a 29-story South tower with 211 studio apartments and a 24-story North tower with 156 units. Its triangular shape shapes a public entranceplaza that, together with the two-story shops, gives a new urban dynamic to the area. Its plan area reduces back in height so that sunlight penetrates the street, and generate habitability conditions in neighboring buildings.
