Area: 1,200 m2In Cedritos, a traditional neighborhood in Bogotá, consultancy is provided on the design and the construction management of a 5-story multi family building was carried out. Thus, the architectural, structural, technical designs, soil study, construction details, budget and programming were advised and coordinated . Likewise, the construction and horizontal property license were presented to the respective authorities and later the 8 apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms, a penthouse and parking in the first story were built.
