The feasibility of an architectural project of 41 apartments in 13 stories + 2 parking basements is carried out in two lots located in 85th street, using the recently modified landuse plan of Bogota in 2013, which allowed the increase inbuilt height in certain city sectors. The tower is volumetrically matched with its 4 and 7-story neighbors due to standard restrictions, and the urban planning loads are calculated to compensate for the transfer of parks or roads, construction of future social housing, and use of public services.
