Area: 27,800 m2 In 2016, the blocks next to two of the main avenues of the city (Calle 80 and NQS Avenue) were allowed to propose and build taller and denser projects in exchange for money compensation or the transfer of public space, in order to promote these areas development. Therefore, the client contracts the feasibility and design of a project with 228 apartments of an average area of 65m2 in a stepped tower of 17 floors and 4 parking levels located on an irregularly shaped plot, conformed as the contribution of 5 individual lots.
