Area: 4,000 m2In the exclusive sector of La Boquilla in Cartagena, this luxury and leisure residential project was built in front of one of the most popular beaches. Its strategic location adjoins the Ciénaga de la Virgen, and allows connection with the mangroves of the region. Therefore, in the role of urban consultant, the sea line, the legal façade boundary, the areas destined for development and road expansion, as well as the environmental control required by the urban regulation and the mangrove protection plan were delimited.
