After analyzing the advantages of the 2004 Bogota Land Use Plan, with respect to the use, buildability and volumetry aspects of a corner project located on Calle 26 in front of the National University, two scenarios are proposed on an irregularly shaped plot result of the union of 5 independent properties. Therefore, the preliminary project and the technical financial feasibility of a tower with 14 floors and 65 apartments, and a second scenario with 19 floors, 2 basements and 100 apartments of 40 m2 on average, are prepared.
