Area: 8,800 m2In a city district named Suba (Bogotá) an architectural preliminary project of two 10-story multifamily housing towers is proposed in a neighborhood known as Prado Veraniego. The proposal, with 100 residential units of 64 m2 on average and a parking basement, is located in an undeveloped city lot, which means it must give up around 30% of its gross area to the city for parks and urban equipment, and additionally compensate in money for the construction of low-income welfatere housing in strategic city zones.
