Area: 840 m2The BIM model, materials estimation, construction process simulation and clash collision detection of a new police station in Hatonuevo were carried out. It includes topography, structure, architecture, mechanical and communications network, as well as the hydraulic, gas and fire protection systems. The structural system was divided into 3 concrete modules, with a metallic structure that joins them on the second floor, so the model includes connections and assembly drawings. The project was designed by an external firm.
