Area: 45 m2Due to the urban expansion of Bogotá, Organizacion Ortiz Lara decides to open a new office in one of the most important and valued office complexes in the city, North Point. The design philosophy is similar to the Chico headquarters, proposing collaborative workstations that facilitate the teams communication in the development of projects. Likewise, being located on the tenth floor, it allows a visual enjoyment of the entire office both on the Bogotá Sabana and its Eastern Hills from all workplaces.
