Area: 4,800 m2Under a Public Private Partnership modality, in which the city gives a real estate developer a strategically important lot, in which this one designs, builds and manages a commercial project for 20 years, a 5-story shopping center is proposed in downtown Bogota, next to the San Victorino plaza, one of the most highly valued commercial areas. The first two stories are retail spaces, the next three are designed as offices and storage rooms, while the terrace is proposed as a food court overlooking the plaza.
