Area: 7,800 m2 After analyzing 3 assigned architectural references (Alvar Aalto, Leslie Martin and Gunnar Asplund), a residential complex for elderly housing is proposed in the Antonio Nariño Urban Center. The program includes, in addition to double and single rooms, an oratory, educational workshops, cafeteria, medical and psychological offices and outdoor gardens. The design concept revolves around asterisk definition of repetitive elements that provides spatial meaning to the singularity either as an aggregate or as a composite pattern.
