Exclusive 20-story tower of apartments in El Poblado, Medellín. Its architectural concept is inspired by vertical courtyards, which provide lighting and landscape to each apartment. In total there are 27 residential units of one and two levels that are located intermittently and open their terraces in double height to enjoy a privileged view. Thus, a 3-bedroom apartment is modeled and together with real photographs of the city taken with a Drone, potential buyers interactively understand the spatial quality of the units.
