Area: 31,600 m2 Located in Tocancipa, Canavita Warehouses is an unbuilt project of 30 independent units, designed for a Chilean venture firm. The project recovers and integrates a nearby brook to its architecture, without losing the maximum occupation allowed by the local city codes. Each warehouse is composed of two volumes, one that contains the office area and a 10-meter high vault with an open area for logistic, industrial or storage use. The exterior design is defined by differential pedestrian and vehicular roads, and an exclusive trucks maneuver zone.
