Area: 78,920 m2The objective of this project was to manage a real estate development in its financial, legal, architectural and urban planning components. Therefore ANDES V, located at the intersection of Autopista Norte and Avenida España, is an academic project of 5 residential towers of 19 floors with 760 apartments (2 and 3 bedrooms layouts) built over a retail platform. The architectural concept of each tower follows two main design parameters: proper natural lighting of all living spaces, and ensuring privacy for each unit.
