Area: 3,600 m2 Designed and built by Mauricio Gonzales, it is a multi-family housing project of 126 apartments (63 m2), located 46 kilometers from Bogotá. The project had a complex and difficult topography, thus, the required earthworks (cut and fill) of the trails and exterior areas, which connect the residential blocks with the commercial and access area on the high grounds, were quantified using a BIM model, and a sequential construction methodology was proposed to ensure its stability in construction and in service.
