Area: 75 m2 Mirador de Bella Flora is an unbuilt project, destined as low income housing in the Usme distric, at the south of the Colombian capital. The 26-story high tower was designed to house multiple apartments of 52 m2 on average, for commercial purposes and to support his digital strategy, the client hires the Virtual Reality model of the Type Unit that more realistically represents the spatial conditions and delivery of the real estate product through a new interactive experience.
