Area: 2,200 m2 A warehouse built without a valid construction license was legalized, by obtaining an administrative recognition act from the municipal authority, after demonstrating that it complies with current urban planning regulations. Likewise, after the approval of the seismic vulnerability diagnosis and the design of the metallic structure, the construction process was modeled in Naviswork and the structural reinforcement works were carried out. Additionally, the columns and beams were covered with intumescent paint to resist 2 hours of fire.
