Area: 68 m2 Ambalema is one of the multiple stages of the Maipore megaproject located in the municipality of Soacha (peripheral city of Bogota). The project consists of 31 towers of 6 stories, with a total of 774 55 m2 social interest housing units designed for low-income families. The commercial strategy of the real estate developer included hiring the Virtual Reality model so that prospective buyers could visualize the spatial and material qualities of the standard apartment on an interactive 3D platform.
