Area: 26,800 m2 Experimental project for a private client, who wanted to calculate the development potential of a site strategically located at the intersection of two main avenues in downtown Bogota. Thus, a mixed-use two tower project is proposed, one of the towers is destined to be an economic hotel and the other is an office tower, joining both with a retail platform on the first and second floor. Although it was never built, it represented a formal and spatial prototype on the versatility of the local code, in terms of volumetry and mix of uses.
