Designed as a subsidized housing solution for 900 low-income families, Senderos is a project promoted by Colsubsidio located in Alto de la Virgen in the municipality of La Calera (30 minutes driving from Bogota), consisting of 6-story residential blocks and parking spaces in outdoor areas. Due to its complicated topography, the required earth movements were modeled to minimize costs and detect errors in planning, and the construction process was simulated to avoid errors in the scheduling of activities.
