Area: 9,500 m2In front of the historic bullring “La Pradera”, in Sogamoso munacipality, a technical and financial feasibility and architectural preliminary project of two residential towers of 8 and 12 stories and 108 apartments is proposed on a commercial platform in the commercial 11th avenue, in a sector destined as an area of urban expansion with mixed uses. The proposed volumetry is the result of understanding its specific urban regulations and designing residential units of 65 m2 with the best possible habitability conditions.
