Area: 22,000 m2A Technical Due Diligence was prepared for the owner and investor of an urban scale commercial retail project in the Historic Center of Bogotá. For which, the property normative antecedents, the urban instruments in physical, technical and normative aspects, as well as their determinants of use, buildability and volumetry were investigated. Additionally, the guidelines of the Ministry of Culture were compiled for the intervention of properties with urban renewal treatment that are Assets of Cultural Interest.
