Teusaquillo, a district in Bogota, recently became an attractive area for new real estate projects due to its centrality and proximity to the future Metro. Therefore, in San Luis neighborhood, a preliminary project of 2 residential towers of 5 stories is proposed. In this case, the project developer required two scenarios, the first with 45 m2 studio apartments and another one with 70 m2 units. Both proposals have the same salable area, but due to the impact of the number of parking lots, they differ in their built area.
