Area: 45 m2The new offices of the District Urban Planning Office Number 5 is strategically located on a main avenue in Bogotá, which in addition to being in a sector of high commercial and corporate importance, delimits the northern part of the city. As part of the appointment of its new director, the interior designer of the new workspace proposed a terrace with a small open-air cafeteria for the use of employees during break times, for which all the exterior architectural images were produced for the material approval of the client.
