Area: 10,500 m2 After an meticulous urban and architectural analysis, in San José, the capital of Costa Rica, a preliminary project is proposed for a 25-story tower with 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, for either young adult or families that want to buy a first home or investors who wish to acquire a lowvalue property for rent. The project is promoted by a Costa Rican real state company, who is also in charge of the final design, however the general contractor is Colombian, so the industrialized construction process was adapted according to its experience and the available resources.
